In order to process your order in a timely and efficient manner it is preferred that all art be supplied in a native vector file format (Like Illustrator CS5 or lower) and in spot colors, or specified PMS colors. No placed scans or images. Convert all fonts to paths, curves or outlines. If your artwork has any kind of pixel image please copy and paste it to your artwork and send the original image file along with your artwork.  

The preferred vector program is Adobe Illustrator CS5 or lower and Adobe Acrobat 9 or lower. All graphics must be vector art, all multicolor artwork must be designed with PMS Spot Colors. NO RGB colors, NO CMYK Colors unless is a process print.

All type must be saved as outlines. Minimum Type Size 6 pt. Minimum rule line weight .75 pt. Minimum screen dot 7%

VECTOR - Vectors describe graphics according to their geometric characteristics. A vector graphic is resolution-independent, which means, it can be scaled to any size and printed on any output device at any resolution without losing its detail or clarity, that’s why vector is the best preferred format in Flexographic art.

PIXEL FILES - Supply photographs and scanned images at a minimum resolution of 200 dpi. these files need to be pasted (not placed) into a vector file (your illustrator file). Also send original file along with your vector file.

Other files like: tiffs, jpegs, eps's, gifs, psds, etc. containing illustrations need to be converted to a vector format and spot colors, otherwise there will be a clean up and convertion charge.
